What is Headway?

 Headway is the platform Complete Wellness Therapy uses to manage your insurance and billing. You’ll hear from Headway with session reminders, insurance and billing updates, and any other account-related changes.

Upon completing Complete Wellness Therapy's booking form, you'll receive an email and text message prompt from Headway to set up your account. They will ask for your insurance and other information (a normal practice when onboarding) and your therapist will be in touch within 24 hours of your account set up!
